    Step 1

    烧热2汤匙油爆香香料,加入虾炒匀。Heat 2 tbsp oil in wok and sauté spices ingredients until aromatic,toss in prawns.

    Step 2

    加入调味料炒至虾熟,打芡,试味。Add in seasoning and stirfry until the prawns are cooked,thicken with starch.

    Step 3

    盛在碟子上和装饰。Arrange in serving plate and garnish to serve.
